Lilly's Valley Resort was by far the most hospitable and lovely place (just amazing and peaceful grounds) we have stayed on our journeys around India. Lilly’s Valley is a uniquely beautiful resort set amid terraced gardens on three acres of wooded land, ringed by towering eucalyptus trees.

All of the staff went out of their way to be of assistance to us, Daniel even helped me by boiling pasta so my small children could have mac and cheese for dinner one night. Its 21 traditional stone cottages are constructed in the colonial British style, with handcrafted woodwork details throughout.

For the avid traveller, Kodai and the hills around are enough to soak in for a few weeks if you have the time.

If you don’t have your own vehicle, the overpriced jeep-taxis are the only bet, unless you’re fine with public buses.

The replica of the parliament house is recreated with lakhs of roses.

Our stone-and-wood cottages, both free-standing and attached, can accommodate couples, small and large family groups, students, and corporate groups. Once you post a request you will get a polite response. Rooms were clean and staffs were so kind and they were responsive.It was really a wonderful place to stay and especially rooms were so clean. i suggest those who coming for first time honey moon trip to kodaikanal this resort is really recommended. We booked this resort after reading reviews in and we were not disappointed. They have limited food menu, however, it gives you homemade food feel and very tasty.Serving people were so kind and what we ordered we get on time. Food taste was awesome eventhough they have small list of menu. while coming to kodai .i dint expect food will be that much good. We came to Lilly's Valley Resort to get a few days alone with our two small daughters during a busy India trip. Over all I am happy with staying in Lilly's valley and would recommend for my friends too!
