Question, Are these users trying to open more then one mailbox at a time?
only the old emails are shown, and new emails are not downloaded to Outlook, even though the status bar stated that the folder is updated. The ideal world would be to have to click the send/receive button, but anything close to that would work. To disable automatic send/receive for your account group, just select the group from the list and uncheck the box next to “Schedule an automatic send/receive every”. I have 20 e-mail addresses associated with my account: [email protected], [email protected], etc. If they ever allow the address to get polluted by SPAM, I can delete it without killing my main address, AND I know who was careless with my e-mail address. Step 2: Click on the Mail Setup tab, if you want to disable automatic sending of messages, just uncheck the box next to “Send Immediately when connected”, this will disable automatic sending of messages.Having Outlook check for new mail periodically means mail for included accounts is also retrieved immediately after Outlook starts.I want to disable automatic send and receive of emails in Outlook 2010. Step 3: Click on the Send/Receive button in the same tab, this will open a new options window.
